1. How registry funds are held

Contributions are processed securely by Stripe and held by Innerlight Sauna on behalf of the registry recipient until redeemed. Funds are held in trust against the recipient’s future sauna purchase. They do not accrue interest, and no investment is made on the recipient’s behalf. Innerlight Sauna does not issue cash withdrawals from registry balances.

Registry funds are held as Innerlight store credit, not cash. All contributions are converted to store credit redeemable against Innerlight Sauna products and services. There are no cash refunds on contributions to the recipient at any time.

If a registry is cancelled before redemption, the recipient may either (a) request contributors be offered a refund within the standard 14-day contributor window, or (b) transfer their balance to another active Innerlight registry or to an Innerlight store credit in the recipient's name. Funds that are not redeemed or transferred within 12 months of cancellation may be forfeited to cover administrative costs — we will always contact the recipient before this occurs.

Unused funds remaining after a sauna purchase can be applied to accessories, installation, delivery or a future Innerlight purchase. Unused balances do not expire, but we recommend redeeming within 3 years of the final contribution.

Overfunding: If contributions exceed the registry target, the registry owner may choose to either receive a refund of the excess amount to the original contributors, or apply the surplus toward accessories, installation, delivery upgrades, or a future Innerlight purchase.

2. Redemption

Registry funds are redeemable only against products and services supplied by Innerlight Sauna (including saunas, accessories, delivery and installation). Funds cannot be transferred to a third party, exchanged for cash, or redeemed at any other retailer.

3. Refunds & cancellation

Contributors may request a refund of their contribution within 14 days of contributing by emailing giftregistry@innerlightsauna.com.au, provided the recipient has not yet redeemed the funds. After 14 days, contributions are non-refundable to the contributor.

A recipient may cancel their registry at any time. If a registry is cancelled before redemption, contributors will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their contribution to another active Innerlight registry. Once a sauna is ordered and dispatched, standard Innerlight Sauna return and warranty terms apply.

4. If the sauna price changes

Product prices are subject to change without notice. The total target shown on a registry is a guide based on the price at the time the registry was created. If the price of the selected sauna changes before redemption, the recipient pays the difference, or applies their registry balance toward an alternative model. Any unspent balance can be used towards accessories, installation or a future Innerlight purchase.

5. $500 contributor voucher

Every guest who contributes to a registry receives a $500 voucher toward their own Innerlight Sauna purchase. Voucher conditions:

• Valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• Minimum purchase value of $3,990.
• One voucher per order.
• Non-transferable and may not be on-sold.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or voucher code.
• Redeemable only at Innerlight Sauna.
• No cash value.

6. Recipient voucher / registry balance

Registry balances do not expire. However, we recommend redeeming within 3 years of your final contribution. Innerlight Sauna will make reasonable efforts to contact recipients before any inactive balance is reviewed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Registry for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or chargeback abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or close any registry that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating a registry (name, email, registry details) and the information contributors provide (name, email, message, payment details handled by Stripe). We use this information solely to operate the Registry, process payments, deliver vouchers and saunas, and contact you about your registry.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Registry (Stripe for payments, email providers for notifications). Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing giftregistry@innerlightsauna.com.au. We retain registry and transaction records for the period required by Australian tax and consumer law.
