No. Creating a registry is completely free. There are no setup fees or monthly charges.

No problem. Partial funds can still be applied toward a sauna purchase at a reduced price, or held as store credit until the remainder is raised. You can also keep your registry open as long as you like, top up the difference yourself, or choose a sauna within your raised amount. Contact us and we'll find the best solution for you.

Any amount raised above your target can be refunded to contributors or applied as store credit toward accessories, installation, delivery or a future Innerlight purchase — your choice.

Yes. Every guest who contributes receives a $500 credit towards their own Innerlight Sauna purchase, regardless of the amount they contribute. Valid for 3 years from the date of contribution. Minimum purchase $3,990. One voucher per order. Cannot be combined with other offers or voucher codes.

Guests visit your registry link, choose an amount ($50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or custom), write a personal message, and pay securely by card. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Apple, and millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.

Whenever you're ready. Email us at info@innerlightsauna.com.au with your registry link and we'll convert your total into Innerlight store credit. You then use that credit at checkout when purchasing your sauna.

Yes. Log into your recipient dashboard to update your personal message, privacy settings, and registry title. Contact us if you need to change the target amount or desired product.

Your registry stays open until you close it. There's no expiry date. Take as long as you need.

Yes, if you've enabled anonymous contributions in your registry settings. Anonymous gifts still count towards your total — the name is just hidden on the public page.
